He definitely is one. I battle him during his baths, trying to bribe him to get out. The first complex syllable he's saying is "Swimming Pool" of course he really says "Swim Puu". I love that he loves the water, and is at his best and happiest when surrounded by it. Here's one of him frollicking around the fountains on Thursday afternoon.
